Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Lavenze collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies whenever you visit our website, create an account, place an order or contact our support team.
When you use Lavenze, we collect information that helps us process your orders, manage your account and improve your shopping experience. The information we collect falls into the categories below.
We use the information we collect only for purposes connected with running our store and serving you. These purposes include:
If you create an account, we store the details you provide so that you can track orders, manage saved addresses and check out faster in future. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for making sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Order information is retained so that we can fulfil your order, handle returns and exchanges, provide support and keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes.
Lavenze currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). With COD there is no need to pay in advance and no card details are collected or stored by us — you simply pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
If additional payment methods are introduced in the future, any payment details would be processed securely by the relevant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including secure connections, access controls and limiting access to personal data to the team members who need it to do their job.
While we work to keep your information safe, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. Please keep your account password confidential and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We share information only where it is needed to run our store. This may include:
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. For example, order records are kept for accounting, tax and warranty reasons, and account information is kept while your account remains open.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it in a secure manner.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. These can include the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact our support team at hello@lavenze.com or through our Contact Us page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
